Our general policy regarding production errors is to replace a product if it is defective or clearly mis-labeled for size. We'll ask you to photograph the product and send us the image. We will then replace the product and ship it at our expense.
Because our products are printed on demand, we do not carry inventory and we can't offer exchanges.
You may request a refund instead of a replacement for a defective product. To be eligible for a refund, you must ship the defective product to TeeCeeTees and we will refund your purchase price and original shipping fee upon receipt of the return.
